26th Annual Australian Property Funds Industry Forum

Core Property's 26th Annual Property Funds Industry Forum is open for registration. This year's event will be held at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort from Sunday 24th - Tuesday 26th October 2021. 

Our event is one of the longest running annual events in the Australian property industry, attracting elite delegates and speakers who provide educated and comprehensive views on the sector.

Each year’s program is designed to specifically provide delegates with solutions to navigate through this unusual investment environment. Work, rest and network with key players from the property funds industry.

Early Bird Delegate Ticket Cost (ends 30th June 2021): 

A$1,980.00 (inclusive of 10% GST)

Standard price per delegate:
A$2,420 (inclusive of 10% GST),

The registration fees include attendance to:

  • All sessions

  • Morning and afternoon teas

  • Lunch

  • Welcome Reception Party

  • Property Funds Industry Dinner

  • Golf Event or Alternative Event; both running consecutively on the Sunday afternoon.

A small additional fee is charged for accompanying partners to attend the Welcome BBQ & Gala Dinner.

Book your ticket for the event via the BOOKING button on our 2021 Forum website page.

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation and associated additional hotel charges, airfares or transfers. All accommodation and travel arrangements should be made by delegates.

Core Property has negotiated special room prices with the the Sofitel Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Delegates should download an accommodation form via the download button, and forward the completed form directly to the Sofitel. Terms and conditions apply to accommodation bookings.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your delegate ticket or hotel accommodation the following cancellation fees apply:

90+ days out from the event = 100% refund on delegate ticket (with Core Property) and accommodation costs (with the Sofitel)

89-45 days out from the event = 50% refund on delegate ticket (with Core Property) and accommodation costs (with the Sofitel)

44 days or less out from the event = you will be charged the full cost on the delegate ticket (with Core Property) and accommodation costs (with the Sofitel)

Covid-19 Clause

Given the disruptions caused by COVID19, we will have a COVID19 clause for the conference this year. If for any unforeseen reasons, we need to cancel our event, Core Property will refund all amounts paid by delegates to attend the conference. Should the event be postponed, Core Property will refund the registration fees to delegates that are unable to attend the event under the new dates.

In the event that you/your employees are unable to attend because of border closures or travel restrictions due to COVID 19 announced by Federal or state governments, Core Property will refund the full delegate registration fees (ex travel and accommodation).

In the event that you/your employees are unable to attend because they have become a positive Covid case, or a close contact and required to isolate, Core Property can transfer the registration to your suggested replacement delegate, or refund the full delegate registration fees (ex travel and accommodation).

What is included in my conference ticket?

Your conference ticket includes

  • All sessions

  • Morning and afternoon teas

  • Lunch

  • Property Funds Industry Dinner

  • Golf Event or Alternative Event; both running consecutively on the Sunday afternoon.

What do I need to organise myself?

Flights, transfers/transport, accommodation, parking and any incidental charges additional to the items covered in your conference ticket.

Please note that breakfast and wifi are included in your accommodation cost.

I have special requirements, who can I inform?

Within the registration form there is a DELEGATE section that allows you to submit your special /access/dietary requirements. Alternatively you can contact us at info@coreprop.com.au or the hotel at ha617@sofitel.com

Can I smoke at the hotel?

The Sofitel is strictly 100% non-smoking. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will post a $300 cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in their guest room. Reception can advise you of an alternative area to smoke on check in

What is the security level?

All delegates are responsible for safekeeping their personal property, it is not the responsibility of Core Property or the Sofitel.

What can I do in Noosa?

The Sofitel is located on Hastings Street, Noosa's social and cultural hub where you can find on your doorstep restaurants, bars, cafes, day spas, great shopping, the beach and a short walk to the national park.

Do I have to stay at The Sofitel?

Core Property has arrange a special corporate rate for delegates for the 24th & 26th October but it is at your own discretion as to whether you choose to stay at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. If you do wish to stay at the Sofitel out of the conference dates, the accommodation rate may differ, please see the accommodation form or contact ha617@sofitel.com
