- The Fund targets investing in highly defensive and resilient retail properties, which are supported by favourable retail metrics (including net population growth and a low level of retail properties per capita) combined with Charter Hall's depth of experience in the convenience retail sector.
- The investment portfolio focusses on convenience-based shopping centres predominantly on the Australian eastern seaboard, with high quality tenants in essential and non-discretionary retail sectors.
- The initial portfolio consists of 16 properties, valued at $1.3 billion, with a target to increase the portfolio to over $3 billion of retail properties.
- The Manager is targeting the Fund to deliver an IRR of 11% p.a.
The Fund is open ended and is available to Wholesale investors only, with a minimum investment of $100,000.
