Property Fund Manager Awards 2025

21 October 2025: Core Property Research has announced the Property Fund Manager Awards for 2025. The awards were announced at Core Property’s Annual Property Funds Industry Forum held in Queenstown, New Zealand from 12 – 14 October 2025. The awards recognise the performance and excellence of property fund managers in the unlisted and listed real estate sector over the past year.

The Unlisted Property Fund of the Year 2025 has been awarded to the Centuria Port Adelaide Industrial Fund, managed by Centuria Capital. Dinesh Pillutla, Managing Director of Core Property Research said: “The Centuria Port Adelaide Industrial Fund has been recognised as a leading property fund offering underpinned by a prominent, well-positioned, key industrial estate which is well placed to deliver on its targeted objectives.”

The Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year 2025 was awarded to Stockland in recognition of the delivery of steady growth in earnings in a diversified portfolio of well-managed assets. The Fund Manager has also been recognised for maintaining a disciplined approach to capital and improving operating metrics.
