Throughout February 2021, the listed A-REITs will be reporting their results for the December 2020 period.
A key focus during reporting season will be on rent collections during COVID-19 and how this has progressed since the last results. We expect the market will also look to the level of certainty for future income from the A-REITs, how valuations have moved as well as overall portfolio metrics for portfolios.
