Core Property Research announces awards for 2019 Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year and Unlisted Property Fund of the Year

16 October 2019: Core Property Research have announced the awards for the 2019 Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year and 2019 Unlisted Fund of the Year. The awards were announced at Core Property’s Annual Property Funds Industry Forum held in Queenstown, New Zealand from 13-15 October 2019.

Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year 2019 – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) 

Centuria Capital Group has been awarded the 2019 Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year. This award recognises Centuria’s strong performance and delivery over the past 12 months as well as being well positioned for future growth across all its ASX listed and unlisted funds.

Dinesh Pillutla, Managing Director of Core Property Research said:

“Centuria Capital was recognised for delivering strong performance across several metrics, prudent management of capital, and its ability to source and structure property funds to a range of investors. We also took into consideration the relevant management skills and strong track record of Centuria Capital as a property fund manager.”

Unlisted Property Fund of the Year 2019 – Auslink Property Trust No.2, Castlerock Property

The Auslink Property Trust No.2, managed by Castlerock Property, has been awarded the 2019 Unlisted Property Fund of the Year. This award recognises the strong management focus delivering a robust portfolio of government leased assets with attractive property metrics for investors.

Dinesh Pillutla, Managing Director of Core Property Research said:

“The Auslink Property Trust No.2 was recognised for its strong property metrics with a diverse portfolio of fully leased commercial properties backed by secure government tenancies, long lease terms and attractive rental increases.
