AMP’s unlisted property fund, the AMP Capital Wholesale Australian Property Fund has entered into binding agreements with the Goodman Group (ASX: GMG) to acquire Stage 3 of the Connect Corporate Centre at Mascot, NSW.
The exchange for the $300M building comprises of 19,000 sqm alongside 500 car park spaces. The acquisition will result in the AMP Wholesale Australian Property Fund owning the whole corporate centre with buildings 1 and 2 having already been acquired last year.
The building is located in Sydney’s south, Mascot with the area having undergone significant growth due to investment in infrastructure, and development of residential buildings.
