In the first week of February 2020, listed A-REITs commenced reporting their latest results which were mostly in line with, or above previous guidance. The two main points evident from the results this week are:
- Retail sales numbers surprised on the upside.
- Reported earnings meet previous guidance with some upgrades to full-year earnings.
