The takeover saga for Asia Pacific Data Centres (ASX: AJD) continues with current tenants NEXTDC (ASX: NXT) announcing that its proposal at $1.87 per unit has lapsed. NXT has so far acquired 29.2% of AJD under their offer. Rival bidder, 360 Capital Group (ASX: TGP) owns 19.98% with a $1.95 offer in the market.
